Choose a Schedule that fits You
Now, you know that intermittent fasting is a lifestyle change more than anything. Its a change in terms of when you eat. Some of us are used to eating three meals a day all spread throughout the day, and sometimes, we usually just have two meals. With intermittent fasting, you will be going through a scheduling change that is different for many people, but it does work out for people in order to have the best body possible.
But the first tip is to choose a schedule that fits you. Determine where youre going to put your eight hours. If you normally dont eat breakfast, or get up later than others, then you should put you meals during the afternoon, maybe from 1-9.
