A cookbook like this takes time, creativity, and oh so much awareness, food testing and tasting, and inspirationand all during an exciting time in my life. Since writing my second best-selling book, Keto-Green 16, Ive moved from my family home in Saint Simons Island, Georgia, to Dallas, Texas. I lived in that home for 21 years with its large gourmet kitchen; now I have a lovely two-bedroom city condo with a small kitchen!
