Add the MWW movements to your daily routine, and drink a glass of water before each meal and one glass with or after each meal (6 glasses daily min.).

Make at least three smart nutritional and fitness choices a day

(Read Why Diets Always Fail for specific options)

Add a cardio workout of your choice for at least min. five times a week. Limit all carbohydrates as well as fried and processed foods.

In addition to all of the above, limit your calorie intake to 1,500 per day. Avoid alcoholic beverages and try to get additional min. of sleep per night.

Add min. high-intensity cardio five times a week and intermittent fasting to the above, and utilize the MWW movements throughout your day.
