My name is Isabella Rahbek, but throughout time, Bella has found the way to the spotlight. I'm a certified personal trainer. I started working out at the age of 15, and since then, it has changed my life IMMENSELY for the better. I moved to New York from Denmark in 2015 to start a new chapter and pursue my dreams in fitness. Since then, my fitness journey has taken a big step forward.
You may be wondering why I started working out at the age of 15. Well, I used to be in a war with my own body at an early age. But like many other girls, we all dealt with our own insecurities. I was very skinny and underweight. When the other girls started developing curvier bodies and I didnt, I decided to take action.
At first I didnt know what I was doing. I had nobody to guide me or tell me what was right or what was wrong. So the first two years of my fitness journey consisted of random workouts with a random diet. You know what that led to? Exactly, random results.
It wasnt until two years later that I finally started to educate myself on fitness, nutrition and strength training. This knowledge allowed me to make some progress, but I was still too skinny and no where near my curvy dream body.
In 2015 I decided to take massive action to get the body of my dreams. I moved from my little hometown in Denmark to the New York City, where I had landed a job by a supplement company called Bro Laboratories. The CEO of the company, Brandon Carter, became my fitness mentor.
Brandon broke everything down to me and it made me aware of what I was doing wrong. I went back at the gym with a vengeance: I was now equipped with the best workouts, proper form and an impeccable diet plan. I was able to build a curvier body shape and a fuller, bigger, and sexier butt. To my disbelief, in less than half a year I achieved my dream body and become a certified personal trainer.
Now Im creating this book for you, to help you to skip all the trial and errors I made so you will be able to reach your goals faster than you ever thought possible!

As a Bro Labs Athlete & a personal trainer, I am always being asked for advice. Time and time again women ask me how can they get a bigger butt!
