T r ips to the beach werent spent sunbathing, but clambering through r ockpools t o find stinging anemones, feisty v elvet swimming crabs, and t o pop juicy bladder wrack. S ince the n, Ive been eat en by rain fo rest leeches, spat at by arc herfish, and had an octopus wr ap itself ar ound my face. I wouldnt change a moment. If y ou hav e an ex plorers s pirit and a thirst for finding something ne w, then aquatic life will ne ver disappoint.
