Rachel: summary, description and annotation

We offer to read an annotation, description, summary or preface (depends on what the author of the book "Rachel" wrote himself). If you haven't found the necessary information about the book — write in the comments, we will try to find it.

Rachel is the product of years of Dr. Lawrence Stanfields counseling work with survivors of major trauma. Some of these survivors were the product of generational sexual abuse. Others were survivors of generational ritual abuse often being dedicated to a particular cult at birth, sometimes even before birth. All were adults whose lives was anything but productive, fulfilling, and happy.

Rachel is based upon a true story and a real client. Her journey towards healing required many years and culminated with a glorious and beautiful restoration of body, soul, and spirit. This is a story about her struggle to be set free from a family of cult leadership and abuse. Rachel was one of her child personalities who Dr. Stanfields heart while working with this 32-year-old woman. She was an 8-year old child alter (part) of this woman who giggled, cried, and made her eyes sparkle whenever she would come out to talk with me while caressing her teddy bear. Rachels story will provide a rare inside look at the tortuous and hopeless life of those enslaved in the vice of ritual abuse.

Finally, Rachel, the book, is designed to serve as a training manual and teaching-text for ministers, parents, professionals, teachers, counselors, and virtually anyone who shares our compassion to help the tens of thousands of adults who still suffer from a lifetime of enslavement with ritual abuse and Dissociative Identity Disorders. Most continue to roam from mental health practitioners to counselors to hospitals while garnished with a myriad of psychiatric labels in their effort to one day find healing and freedom.

What is the purpose of this book? To arouse a public outcry for justice, to launch a massive effort to provide healing and acceptance for these survivors, and to proclaim to all that there is freedom and healing available.

RACHEL

Lawrence W. Stanfield, Ph.D.

Disclaimer

The author does not intend for this book to be considered a substitute for mental health counseling or a recommendation that psychiatrists, psychologists, or any other mental health practitioner should not be consulted.

The purpose of this book is to provide information regarding the rampant escalation of ritual abuse and to generate awareness and a desire to become involved by forming the appropriate support network those survivors so desperately need.

This book is not designed as a guide, or model, or therapy for survivors of abuse.

This book is based upon a true story. It is dedicated to the beautiful memory of a woman and her child alter who struggled to break free from years of terror and ritual abuse. Rachel is the name of the womans little girl personality that God allowed to be in my life for only a few months. This is a heart-wrenching story about that precious little 8-year-old girl alter (personality) and her counselors struggle to save both her and the woman in whom she existed. It is a powerful real-life portrayal of the evil that moves about in our world. A world of incest, sexual abuse, ritual abuse, and control over millions of children and adults in todays modern society!

May this book bring honor to the struggles of abused children and adults everywhere and may it set the hearts of people throughout the world ablaze with a renewed commitment to unite against all manner of child abuse, especially against ritual abuse!

My Dearest Rachel,

I will not only deeply miss your giggles but also your beautiful and gentle smile!

Lawrence W. Stanfield, Ph.D.
Therapist and friend

Rachel is the product of many years of counseling work with survivors of major trauma. Some of these survivors were the products of generational sexual abuse. Others were survivors of generational ritual abuse who were often dedicated to a particular cult at birth, sometimes even before birth. All were adults and children whose lives were anything but productive, fulfilling, and happy.

As a Christian crisis counselor, my anointing and primary focus is working with people who have been diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorders, formerly referred to as Multiple Personalities, many of whom have been victims of ritual abuse. Many adults arrive at my office with problems that have been greatly complicated by years of ritual abuse within some type of cult. These adults began their journey as cult babies, birthed and dedicated to the exclusive sadistic and torturous use of demented and evil people who consider children as their own property for unbridled evil and passion.

Rachel is based upon a true story and a real client. Her journey towards healing culminated with a glorious and beautiful restoration of body, soul, and spirit through the presence of Jesus Christ.

I have designed the story to reflect two individual people; however, in reality they are one person, with Rachel being the personality inside of the adult. This is a story about Rachels struggle to break free from a family of cult ritual abuse. The adult client was a female in her thirties who came to me after years of failed therapy. Rachel was an eight-year-old child alter (personality) who giggled, cried, and had sparkling eyes and a smile that was contagious whenever she would surface in her host. While in my office, Rachel always held her favorite stuffed white bear, often caressing it, while bringing life and joy to everyone around. Rachels story provides a rare inside look at the secret, torturous, and hopeless life of those who are still enslaved in the vice of cult ritual abuse.

Finally, Rachel, the book, has been designed as an entry-level training resource for those who seek to serve abuse survivors. It provides a reliable, credible, and proven progression for ministers, parents, professionals, teachers, counselors, and virtually anyone else who shares a compassion to help the millions of adults and children who still suffer from a lifetime of enslavement to ritual abuse. Most of these survivors, even today, continue to roam as tormented and lost souls from mental health practitioners to counselors to hospitals, while given a myriad of psychiatric labels, in their effort to one day find lasting healing, freedom, and peace.

What is the purpose of this book? To arouse a public outcry for justice, to launch a massive effort to provide healing and acceptance for survivors, and to proclaim to all that there is freedom and healing available.

Lawrence W. Stanfield, Ph.D.

My deepest love and appreciation to Lynne, my faithful and dedicated wife, who has supported my journey towards a ministry to help survivors of ritual abuse realize true freedom and for her untold hours and labors of editorial assistance with this book.

My sincere thanks to Deanna and Michele, who provided enthusiastic support of my vision for this book. Without their lives as a model for survivors, their encouragement and commitment to be free in Christ Jesus, and their passion to see other survivors set free, this book would not have been possible.

A warm appreciation to Mrs. Diane and Dr. Tom Hawkins, Restoration in Christ Ministries, whose heart and compassion to be used as instruments in the healing process for survivors of ritual abuse encouraged my part in Gods ministry to those suffering from ritual abuse.

A special thanks to Dr. Preston Bailey, who has provided godly counsel and guidance in my ministry to ritual abuse survivors. Thank you for being available as both my mentor and my friend.

Deep appreciation to Mr. David Mayer, President of T rauma and A buse C are G ivers I nternational S ociety and all the therapists, pastors, and survivors associated with it for their consistent support and encouragement. Thanks also to Chris Coursey, President, of the Care Group, Inc and his staff.
