Acknowledgments
As a clinical psychologist and mother of two children, I understand how challenging parenting can be. I also know how important encouragement and practical advice are when encountering huge milestones, such as potty training. I wrote this book for busy, first-time parents who are in search of straightforward and practical information on potty training. My hope is to teach you the potty training basics while offering support and encouragement every step of the way.
Without a doubt, I would not have written this book without the support and accountability provided by Penguin Random House, especially Susan Randol and Meg Ilasco. Thank you for such an amazing opportunity.
This book is dedicated to my loving husband, Jessie, and our two beautiful daughters, Jaliyah and Jayla. I am so incredibly thankful for you all. Thank you for making me feel like the luckiest woman alive each and every day.
