It was tough to ignore the signs when nature urged me to make a new start. I looked in the mirror and suddenly saw myself as if for the first time and it wasnt a pretty sight. My complexion was dull, eyes without sparkle; rather than standing tall and confident, my shoulders and neck turned inward and my muffin top could easily serve four. I can joke about it now, but back then it wasnt so funny. My energy was in a slump and any drive and creativity felt out of reach.
