Stage three is the stage in which most people finally seek help. In this stage, the sufferer no longer has energy to be wired or stressed, and is simply exhausted.

Some people in this stage are so tired, it is quite literally a struggle to get out of bed each day, and a single day cannot go by without the use of some sort of aid, such as coffee, soda, or tea.

Ideally, of course, you would seek treatmentself treatment, at leastin the first stage. However, because it is seemingly innocent in the first stage (and even the second), most sufferers do not look for help until fatigue has truly set in. Do not fear, however; hope is not lost.

Though it may require more dedication and time, even third-stage adrenal fatigue sufferers have the capacity to return to a healthy, happy, and normal life.

Chapter 2 Diet and Exercise

The first step in tackling adrenal fatigue is, arguably, the most difficult; because most sufferers have little to no energy, the prospect of cooking meals from scratch and exercising seems impossible.

This is particularly true of men and women who have suffered from some form of fatigue for long periods of time. Failing to implement this step will halt the healing process entirely, however, so it is absolutely essential to spent some time and effort here.
