Dr. Michael Murray is the first person I call when I have a question about health or nutrition. He is one of the most knowledgeable and respected doctors in the country. I have known Dr. Murray for more than 22 years. He served on the Nutritional Board of Advisors for my company, Trillium Health Products, back in the early 1990s. Our mission was simple back then: to educate people about good health and proper nutrition and provide them with quality products and programs to live a healthful lifestyle. Along with Jay Kordich, we were really responsible for the juicing craze through our infomercials, juice machines, and educational materials. Together we introduced millions of people to the benefits of juicing.

Ive been sharing my personal story about juicing for more than 60 years. My message has been the connection between diet and health, and how by decreasing intake of meat and dairy products, and increasing consumption of fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes, people can help prevent diet-related diseases. Juicing is a great way to add more fresh fruits and vegetables to the diet, plus its easy and delicious. Im living proof that a good diet pays off in good health. Im almost 90 years old and Ive never felt better.
