Body Mass Index (BMI) Chart
There are a lot of ways to determine your ideal weight, but one of the most accurate and easiest to use is the Body Mass Index (BMI) system. BMI is calculated from height and weight; basically the more you weigh, the higher your BMI will be. Overweight is defined as having a BMI of 25.0 to 29.9 and obesity as having a BMI of 30.0 and above. To use the following chart, simply find your height, look across to find your weight, and then go to the top of the chart to find your BMI.

Afternoon Refresher
1 medium to large organic cucumber, scrubbed well if organic, or peeled if not
organic
small or medium lemon, peeled

Cut the produce to fit your juicers feed tube. Juice the ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

Serves 1
Allergy Relief
1 small bunch parsley
to small or medium lemon, washed, or peeled if not organic
2 celery stalks with leaves
2 to 3 large carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, and ends trimmed

Cut the produce to fit your juicers feed tube. Bunch up the parsley and add to the juicer before turning it on. Then add the lemon and place the plunger in place. Juice the remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

Antiulcer Cabbage Cocktail
small head green cabbage
3 carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed, and ends trimmed
4 celery stalks, with leaves if desired

Cut the produce to fit your juicers feed tube. Juice the ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

NOTE: Scientific research has proven that cabbage juice is an effective treatment for stomach ulcers.
Antiviral Cocktail
1 green apple
1 large garlic clove with peel
1 turnip, scrubbed well
1 handful watercress, rinsed
5 carrots, scrubbed well, green tops removed, and ends trimmed

Cut the produce to fit your juicers feed tube. Juice the ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

Awesome Green Smoothie
cucumber, peeled and cut in chunks
1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and cut in quarters
1 cup raw spinach
cup coconut milk
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon green powder of choice (optional)
2 to 3 tablespoons ground almonds (optional)

Combine all ingredients except almonds in a blender and blend well. Sprinkle ground almonds on top, as desired.

Serves 1-2
Beautiful-Bone Solution
1 green apple
1 to 2 kale leaves
1 handful parsley
1 organic celery stalk
small or medium lemon, peeled
- to 1-inch piece gingerroot, peeled

Cut the apple into sections to fit your juicers feed tube. Bunch up the kale and parsley, and push through the feed tube with the apple, celery, lemon, and gingerroot. Stir the juice, and pour into a glass. Serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired.

Serves 1
Beautiful-Skin Cocktail
1 cucumber, peeled
1 parsnip, peeled
2 to 3 carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed, and ends trimmed
lemon, peeled
green bell pepper, seeded

Cut the produce to fit your juicers feed tube. Juice the ingredients and stir. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible.

NOTE: Cucumber and bell pepper are good sources of the trace mineral silicon, which is recommended to strengthen skin, hair, and fingernails along with bones. In studies, silicon has been shown to reduce signs of aging by improving thickness of skin and reducing wrinkles.
Beet-Cucumber Cleansing Cocktail
1 cucumber, peeled
3 carrots, scrubbed well, tops removed, and ends trimmed
1 beetroot with stem and leaves, scrubbed well
2 celery stalks
1 handful parsley
