Juicing Tips For Everyone * Make sure to use (whenever you can) organically grown, unsprayed produce to make the purest juices possible. If you cannot use organically grown produce, you can peel the skin off of other produce for the same effect. * Before using your produce, please wash your produce well. * Grapefruit and oranges contain a toxic substance that should not be consumed in large quantities, the skins of these fruits tend to have a bitter taste. So, I recommend you peel these fruits first but its a good idea to leave the white patchy parts; which contains bioflavonoids and vitamin C.

You may also peel tropical fruits like kiwi and papaya. These fruits have been grown in foreign countries which still use carcinogenic sprays. If your produce has been waxed, please remove the skin from those also. * Apple seeds should not be juiced on a constant basis. The apple seeds contain small amounts of cyanide. * Carrot and rhubarb greens should be removed, as they contain toxic substances. * Fruits and veggies with a low water content cannot be juiced; bananas and avocados are some examples. * The recipes I am going to provide will be for 6-8 ounces juiced. * The recipes I am going to provide will be for 6-8 ounces juiced.
