About the Authors

Munishwar Gulati is an Industrial Engineering graduate from the University of Roorkee (Now IIT-Roorkee) and has about 30 years Information Technology experience in the areas of Business & Profit Operations, Strategy Planning, System Analysis, ERP Implementation, Project Management, Consulting, CRM, Content Development, Multimedia/ Documentary Development, Team Management across Automobile, Tourism, Steel, Fashion, Music, and Education Industry. He is also an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers.

He is also a Law Graduate and is currently working on IPR and Cyber Laws & Technology.

He is a Founder Director of a couple of IT firms while mentoring other IT firms. He also served as CTO and Associate Professor in Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and a Visiting Faculty at Sharda University, Greater Noida, Amity University, Noida, and the IIPM, Delhi.

Having written 150+ computer-based titles in the last 30 years for various International Computer Training centers, he has exhaustive knowledge of the subjects varying from programming to graphics to multimedia.

He has also been instrumental in shaping up many startups and non-government organizations in Information Technology, Yoga, Music, Fashion Designing, Apparel, and Career Counselling and mentored many students apart from a few celebrities to reach greater heights. He has also been an Information Technology consultant for many organizations and instrumental in their business analysis and solution development for better productivity.

He possesses competence in strategic management of technical matters to distinguish and drive new IT initiatives, re-design IT infrastructures, and achieve organizational objectives. His wealth of expertise covers executing SAP best practices to deliver solutions to clients. He also possesses insightful knowledge of business process analysis and design, re-engineering, cost control, capacity planning, and performance measurement.

He has also spent a couple of years in political analysis and developed winning strategies for National Political Parties. Many of his projects have seen the light of the day in the parties path of success.

He has strong communication, collaboration & team-building skills with deftness in training and supporting end-users and developing technical staff to achieve performance objectives.

He has also spoken at various conferences, management associations, and marketing events.

Mini Gulati is a Computer Engineering Graduate from MANIT, Bhopal, and has about 25 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. Since the beginning of her career, she has been working on ERP development and has been into the development of information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions. She has excellent knowledge of relational databases, AWS, SQL, ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate), and the ability to develop software and mobile applications using Java, C++, Android, or other programming languages. She has also been developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and exact code. She has co-authored around 50+ computer-based titles in the last 20 years for various National and International Computer Training centers.
