Whisk constantly until bubbles appear around the edges of pan. (Do not boil.) Remove from heat and add tea bags. Let steep for 10 minutes; remove tea bags, squeeze out extra liquid from bags and discard bags. Remove vanilla beans from hot chocolate. Add chocolate to saucepan, return to heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is hot.
Heat over medium-low heat just until hot (Do not boil). In a medium bowl, combine cocoa powder, chocolate and sugar. Add cocoa mixture to the saucepan, whisking until well combined. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes or until hot. Yield: 3 servings.
Heat over medium heat until hot. Add caramel sauce to pan and heat until well-blended. Yield: 1 serving.

Remove from heat. Pour some corn syrup onto a flat plate, and crushed graham crackers on another flat plate. Using 3 cocoa mugs, dip the rim of the mugs into the corn syrup and then into the graham crackers to create a rim of graham crackers. Pour hot chocolate in each of the 3 mugs; top each with 1/4 cup of marshmallows. Be sure the oven rack is near the broiler and set the 4 mugs on a baking sheet, then on oven rack. Broil until marshmallows are browned, watching to be sure they dont burn.
Remove from oven and serve with pot holders or wait until the mug handles cool enough to handle. Yield: 2 servings.
Put in freezer until frozen. When frozen, remove from freezer, and blend in a blender until desired consistency. Yield: 1 serving.
