K im likes to play with those children, and those children like to play with Kim. It is fun to play together. All the people in this family like to play together. They like to eat together and speak together, too.

T he children in this family have a friend. Their friends name is Tom. Tom is really Lees friend. He is not really Pats friend. Pat doesnt like Tom very much. Pat likes the friends she plays with at school.

P ats school friends are all girls. She likes to play with girls and speak with her girlfriends. She doesnt like to play with or speak with Lees friends very much.

T his morning, all the people in this family are sitting together in the garden. Mommy is sitting with Daddy, and Lee is sitting with his sister, Pat. He is reading. He is reading his English book. Lee is good at reading now. Pat is not reading. She is writing. Pat likes to write, and she is getting good at writing now.

K im, the dog, is not reading or writing. Dogs cant read or write, can they? Kim is looking at the people in the family. He is not very happy. He is hungry. Kim wants to go in the house and eat something. He wants the family to go in the house and have lunch. He knows that when the family has lunch, he can have something to eat, too.

P at and her family live in a big house. Pat lives in this house with her brother, her mommy and her daddy. The childrens dog Kim lives there, too. The house has a garden. It is a big garden, and there are a lot of trees in the garden.

S ometimes, when it is not very hot or very cold, the family like to go and sit in the garden. When they do this, they can take their lunch and eat their lunch in the garden. The children like to do this. Lee and Pat think it is fun to go and play in the garden and eat lunch there.
