They can range from the simple to the sublime; the sky is truly the limit! My goal for this book is to introduce you to a few new ways to enjoy sandwiches that go beyond the deli case. In this book you will find hot and cold sandwiches, quick and easy sandwiches, and sandwiches that may take a bit of planning. You will find two-bite party sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, main meal sandwiches, and even sandwiches that will satisfy your sweet tooth. The one thing that is consistent throughout this book is that all the recipes are simple, with ingredients readily found in your local supermarket.
