Introduction
Are you looking to shed those unsightly pounds without a lot of exercise or dieting? Do you feel like your metabolism needs a boost but you are unsure of how to do that? Then give one of these delicious and energizing smoothies a try. A healthy smoothie has protein powder, high protein foods and low-carb fruits and vegetables that work together to fill you up as a meal replacement while also getting your body to start burning fat at a higher rate. The store-bough smoothies usually contain too much sugar or carbohydrates to help with fat burning, but if you start to make your own at home, you will find the pounds melt away.
