S O YOUVE DECIDED TO BUY A DIET BOOK. Its a fabulous investment, but I want to warn you before you read any further that this isnt going to be your typical diet book. Theres a way to eat thats going to make you feel good and help you achieve your goals, and then theres everything else. What you are going to get from me is the honest truth about how to finally lose the weight thats been holding you back. Dieting is hard work; Ive seen it in my private nutrition counseling and weight loss practice for the last decade. But its not about willpowerits about being smart with what and how you eat. If you want to change the way you look and feel, then youre going to have to permanently change the way you look at food and dieting. Its not rocket science, and it doesnt need to be overly complicated or restrictiveat the end of the day, its just food.
Leave the diets youve done in the past in the past. Let those fad moments go; let go of the 30 days of healthy eating you committed to only to overindulge in pizza, ice cream, or whatever your guilty pleasure is.
