Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6 Ingredients 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Pinch of sea salt 2 pounds grass-fed beef hearts, trimmed ofveins and cut into strips Procedure In a large bowl, mix together all ingredientsexcept beef heart. Add heart slices and coat generously withmarinade. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Greasethe grill grate. Thread the heart pieces onto metalskewers. Grill the skewers for 4 for 5 minutes perside. Calorie Count: 381 per serving
