6regular-sized marshmallows 6(12-inch) skewers, plus one to use during assembly 1cup milk chocolate chips 6chocolate wafer cookies, such as Oreos, with crme filling removed 18mini powdered donuts cup fruit candies, such as Mike and Ike candies cup mini chocolate chips, for eyes and mouth 2Fruit Roll-Ups, cut into strips -inch wide 6flower-shaped candy sprinkles (optional) Place a marshmallow on the blunt end of each skewer and set aside while melting chocolate. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt milk chocolate chips on high power in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring often. Dip each marshmallow in the melted chocolate and tap off any excess chocolate. Place the skewers, marshmallow side up, in a tall glass so the chocolate can set; set aside. With a small paring knife, make a small hole in the center of each chocolate wafer. (Alternatively, place in the refrigerator about 10 minutes for faster setting.) Remove a skewer from the glass and turn it upside down so marshmallow is resting on a piece of parchment paper. Slide a dipped wafer cookie onto each skewer until it is flush against the marshmallow. Carefully slide 3 donuts onto the skewer. Cut a fruit candy in half and slide it against the last donut to hold them all in place. Lay the skewer on a piece of parchment paper and then use the sharp end of another skewer to poke tiny holes in the top donut for eyes and a mouth. Put mini chocolate chips, pointed ends in, in each hole. Add of an orange candy to the top donut for a nose.
Stick red and green candy halves in the bottom two donuts for the buttons. Carefully stretch one of the -inch pieces of Fruit Roll-Ups until it is about 6 inches long. Wrap it around the snowmans neck and then trim the end of the scarf with scissors. If desired, add a flower sprinkle to the snowmans hat using melted chocolate to hold it in place. Pineapple Cheeseball Serves: 10 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Chill time: 3 hours | Total time: 3 hours, 10 minutes
2(8-ounce) bricks cream cheese, softened 1(8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained cup minced green bell pepper 2tablespoons minced green onions 2teaspoons seasoning salt 1cup coarsely chopped pecans Crackers, for serving In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed pineapple, green pepper, green onions, seasoning, and salt. Form into a ball, place on a plate, and cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, until firm and chilled.
Just before serving, place chopped pecans in a shallow bowl and roll cheese ball in pecans to coat. Serve with crackers. Mock Champagne Serves: 16 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: n/a | Total time: 5 minutes
1(11.5-ounce) can white grape juice frozen concentrate, partially thawed 1cups water 1(2-liter) bottle ginger ale In a large punch bowl, mix together white grape juice concentrate, water, and ginger ale. Serve immediately and enjoy! Raspberry Frapp Serves: 15 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: n/a | Total time: 15 minutes
1.5quarts vanilla ice cream, slightly softened 1.5quarts raspberry sherbet, slightly softened 1(2-liter) bottle lemon-lime soda Scoop the ice cream and sherbet into a large punch bowl. Slowly pour in the soda and stir gently. Let mixture sit 5 minutes to melt just a bit.
Stir again to blend the ice creams together. There should be some ice cream chunks in the drink. Slow Cooker Chili Cheese Dip Serves: 8 to 10 | Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 3 to 4 hours | Total time: 4 hours, 5 minutes
