Chapter 1: Steamy Seafood recipes
Coconut Shrimp Curry
A perfect meal at your table starts with the preparation of this coconut shrimp curry. With specially chosen ingredients, you will perfectly come up with the meal that will be the love of everyone.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon allspice
2 teaspoons dried cilantro
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 yellow onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
12 ounces canned tomato puree
8 ounces canned coconut milk
1 pound shrimp, nicely peeled and deveined with tails removed
4 dried red chili peppers
Instructions:
1) In a bowl, stir together the cinnamon, cloves, cayenne pepper, allspice, cilantro, and ginger powder. Set aside.
2) Next, in your large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
3) Saut the onion and garlic until browned.
4) Then, add the tomato puree, coconut milk, shrimp, and chili peppers. Continue cooking, frequently stirring, until the flavors meld and everything cooks well.
5) Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
Scallop Scampi with Chili Peppers
This scallop scampi with chili peppers recipe comes with specially chosen nutritious ingredients. The added toppings can work perfectly well for the delectable taste.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pound scallops
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 Serrano pepper, sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons white wine
1 box angel hair pasta
Instructions:
1) Sear the scallops in an oiled wok on each side.
2) Next, add the garlic, red pepper, bell pepper, and Serrano pepper.
3) Continue cooking until the scallops are opaque.
4) Add the salt, pepper, and white wine.
5) Continue cooking until the scallops cook through and the peppers are tender. Remove from heat.
6) Then, boil the angel hair pasta according to the packages instructions, or until al dente. Drain.
7) Spoon the scallops, pepper, and sauce over the noodles before serving. Substitute shrimp for scallops, if desired.

Ingredients:
2 eschalots, thinly sliced
500g pot-ready mussels
1 red chili, chopped
12 tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
2 cups good-quality fish stock
3 x 400g cans cherry tomatoes
600g firm white fish fillets
cup extra virgin olive oil
500g pot-ready vongole
6 flat-leaf parsley stalks, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
150ml white wine
Flat-leaf parsley leaves and grilled sourdough
Instructions:
1) In your large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium to high heat. Stir in parsley stalks, chili, eschalots, and celery to cook for 4 minutes until softening. Add garlic to cook for a minute more until it attains fragrance.
2) Add in tomatoes and fish stock before seasoning. Boil and lower the heat to medium-low before simmering for 40 minutes to attain the desired flavors. Season accordingly.
3) Add the pieces of fish to cook for about 3 minutes. Add prawns, then simmer for 2 minutes until adequately cooked.
4) In the meantime, set a saucepan over high heat and add wine and vongole. Then, cover to cook for 4 minutes approximately or until the shells open up. Add brodetto.
