- Rye 3 tablespoons
- Sugar teaspoon
- Aromatic bitters teaspoon
- Water 1 teaspoon

- Crushed ice cup
Instructions:
Combine the orange, sugar, bitters, water, and cherry in a glass.
Muddle all the ingredients to release the juices of the fruit.
Put rye and crushed ice in the glass.
Mix properly and garnish with orange slice and cherry before serving.

Ingredients:
- Ripe red tomatoes 2 lb.
- Peeled and seeded cucumber 1
- Peeled garlic clove 1
- Red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Sweet yellow onion 1
- Cored and seeded red bell pepper 1
- Extra virgin olive oil cup
- Fine sea salt teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves cup
- Black pepper as per your taste
Instructions:
Cut all the vegetables into small chunks.
Blend onions and more than half of the tomatoes in a blender.
Add half of the diced cucumber and bell pepper to the blender.
Put garlic, vinegar, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and cup of the basil leaves in a blender.
Blend all the ingredients for 2 minutes until smooth paste forms.
Add the remaining diced vegetables to a blender and blend for 20 seconds.
Blend a little longer for smaller pieces if desired.
Season with more salt and pepper if necessary.
Garnish with the remaining basil leaves and transfer to the serving bowls.

- Sliced mushrooms 1 cup
- Minced garlic cloves 3
- Water cup
- Sliced red bell pepper 1
- Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons
- Chopped onion cup
- Broccoli florets 2 cups
- Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- Boneless beef sirloin 1 lb.
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
Combine ketchup, water, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
Cut the beef into thin strips.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over low to medium heat.
Cook beef for 4 minutes until color changes. Transfer the beef to a plate.
