Spiced pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
4 tablespoon butter
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
5 cups finely chopped kiwi
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Mix the salt, sugar, a teaspoon of allspice, baking powder and flour in a medium bowl.
Add two tablespoons of melted butter to another bowl of milk, vanilla extract, and egg yolk.
Combine the dry and wet mixtures.
Fold in two cups of chopped kiwi.
Use a hand mixer to beat egg white and fold into the batter.
Melt the remaining tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan on medium heat.
Add the remaining kiwi, a quarter cup of water, half teaspoon of allspice and brown sugar.
Cook for fifteen minutes.
Pour a quarter cup of pancake batter into the heated pan in batches and cook until both sides are lightly golden.
Top the pancakes with the kiwi mixture.
Melted pancakes

Combine baking powder, sugar, carob powder and flour in a bowl.
Whisk the butter, eggs, and buttermilk in another bowl.
Mix both wet and dry ingredients. Stir properly but dont over mix.
Coat a nonstick skillet on medium heat with cooking spray.
Pour a quarter cup of batter into the pan for each batch.
Spread out evenly and cook until both sides turn golden brown.
Serve with chocolate sauce.
Coconut milk pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup coconut milk
Maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil (for frying)
Instructions
Whisk salt, baking powder, sugar and flour in a large bowl.
Add the coconut oil and coconut milk and mix thoroughly.
Heat the oil over medium heat and pour a quarter cup of batter.
Cook each side until bubbles form.
Serve with maple syrup.
Banana-spiced pancakes

Ingredients
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Whisk the allspice, salt, vinegar, brown sugar and flour in a large bowl.
Whisk the vanilla, oil, egg, and milk into another bowl.
Mix both wet and dry ingredients.
Add the mashed bananas and stir in the chocolate chips.
Spray the pan with a cooking spray and drop a quarter cup of pancake batter for each set.
Cook until both sides turn light golden brown.
Raspberry-top pancakes

2 cups flour

3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 tablespoon melted butter
4 raspberries
Instructions
Mix sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour in a small bowl using a fork.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, butter, vanilla, and white vinegar thoroughly.
Fold the raspberries into the dry ingredients and let the batter be lumpy.
Add some butter to a nonstick skillet on medium heat.
Next, add 1/3 cup of batter and then cook until bubbles appear.
Flip and cook for another minute.
Remove when the pancakes are golden brown and top with raspberries.

1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup carabao powder

Whisk the salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and flour in a bowl.
Whisk the vanilla, oil, egg, and buttermilk into another bowl.
Combine both mixtures.
