Dear Reader,
The ultimate solution to the threat of obesity is to re-engineer the modern environment so that eating well and being active each day are the societal norm, and the path of least resistance for us all. While many of us are working on that goal, I wouldnt recommend holding your breath!
What I would recommend instead is just what you are doing: reading this book.
