Smoked Pulled Pork
The smoky flavor of this pulled pork makes a delicious BBQ sandwich.
Serving Size:
Total Prep Time: 9 hours 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- pork butt, 8 lb., bone-in
- onion powder, 1 tbsp.
- brown sugar, 4 tbsp.
- chili powder, 1 tbsp.
- coarse salt, 2 tbsp.
- paprika, 1 tbsp.
- black pepper, 2 tbsp., ground
- garlic powder, 1 tbsp.
- cayenne pepper, tbsp.
Directions:
1. Preheat the electric smoker to 225F.
2. Mix all the ingredients except the pork in a bowl.
3. Coat the butt with the prepared mixture.
4. Put in an aluminum tray (uncovered) and smoke for 1 hr. per pound, till the internal temperature reaches 165F.
5. Take out the meat from the smoker and strain the juice into a small bowl.
6. Inject 1-2 ounces per pound of the juice into the butt, then wrap the meat in foil4 times.
7. Put in the smoker and cook until for 1 hour per pound.
8. Remove the pork butt from the smoker, wrap it with foil. Let it rest for an hour before shredding.
9. Pull apart the butt, removing chunks of fat or gristle. Serve and enjoy!

Maple Pork Tenderloin
This delicious Maple Pork Tenderloin is sweet, crisp and succulent.
Serving Size:
Total Prep Time: 8 hours 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- A pinch of nutmeg, ground
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 4 apples, cored and sliced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions:
1. Place half of the apples in your slow cooker, sprinkle the nutmeg over them, add pork tenderloin, top with the rest of the apples, drizzle the maple syrup, cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
2. Slice pork tenderloin, divide between plates and serve with apple slices and cooking juices on top. Enjoy!

Pork Roast
This delicious roast is so succulent it falls off the bone.

Total Prep Time: 10 hours
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Pork Roast (Sirloin)
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 can Chicken Soup
- 1 tsp. Thyme (dried)
- 1 tsp. Rosemary (dried)
- tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- tsp. ground Black Pepper
- 2 cups Water
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 10 hours.
3. Serve hot.

Savory Pork

Ingredients:
- tbsp. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 small sliced Onion
- 8 small Potatoes
- tsp. ground Black Pepper
- Pinch of Salt
- tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp. fresh Sage (rubbed)
- 1 tbsp. fresh Rosemary (crushed)
- 1 tsp. Thyme (ground)
- 2 trimmed Loin Pork Chops
- 15-ounces low-fat Mushroom Soup
- cup White Wine
Directions:
1. Place oil, potatoes and onion in the slow cooker. Sprinkle on seasoning.
2. Toss well to coat.
3. Remove fat from Pork chops.
4. Place them over the vegetables in slow cooker.
5. In a bowl, mix wine and mushroom soup well.
6. Pour the mixture over the chops.
7. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
8. Serve hot.

Pork and Pineapple Roast

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Pork Roast
- 1.5 tsp. Salt
- tsp. Black Pepper
- 20-ounces Pineapple Chunks
- 1 cup Cranberries (chopped)
Directions:
1. Season the roast on all sides.
2. Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 7 hours.
