Recipe 1: Beans with Pork Fillet
Total Prep Time: 45 minutes
Yield:
List of Ingredients:
- 30 o z . of beans
- 23 o z . of pork fillets
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon of cut bacon
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 8 o z . of tomato
- Spices to taste pepper, salt, milled red pepper, chili, parsle y
- 5 cups of water

Methods:
1. Cut meat and vegetables into small circles or cubes. (Except bean)
2. In frying pan, fry meat. After a few minutes, remove the meat and separately fry onion, garlic, pepper, and carrot. Stir for a while and then add tomato.
3. Add water, beans (if it is frozen wait for 10 minutes) and tomato juice.
4. Add spices and cook for 30 minutes.
Recipe 2: Pork Chops from Oven
The very soft meal which you can make in less than 80 minutes!

- 35 o z . of pork chops
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 beef soup cube
- 1 cup of white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 o z . of flour
- 3 tablespoons of oil

Methods:
1. Clean pork chops and remove the bones. Beat the meat and pour it with salt and pepper. Roll it in the flour.
2. Fry it in a frying pan until it gets a nice color. When the meat is done, place it in a casserole dish (covered with oil).
3. In the frying pan, fry the cut onion and garlic. Add 1 oz. of flour.
4. Mix beef soup cube with 2 cups of water and pour the mixture over frying onions. Fry for few more minutes.
5. Pour the frying mixture and wine over the meat. Cover the casserole dish with an aluminum foil.
6. Bake for 50 minutes at 250 F.
Recipe 3: Texas Goulash
Everything in one pot!
Total Prep Time: 90 minutes

- 20 o z . of pork
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 potatoes
- 17 o z . of peas
- 2 cups of tomato juice
- cup of wine
- 4 cups of water
- Salt, pepper, parsley, oil to taste

Methods:
1. Cut meat into cubes, carrots into circles, onion into small cubes.
2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes too.
3. Put vegetables and meat into the cooking pot. Add spices, wine, tomato juice and 4 cups of water.
4. Cook for 60 minutes.
Recipe 4: Pork Neck with Beer Sauce
Easy and delightful!

- 4 pork neck chops
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup of beer
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Methods:
1. Pour meat with sauces to taste. Fry it in a frying pan with oil for a while.
2. Cut onion into small pieces and add it to the frying pan.
3. Pour the beer into the frying pan and stir for a while.
4. When it is done, remove meat, strain the sauce.
5. Roll the meat in flour and let it fry for a few minutes more.
6. Enjoy!
Recipe 5: Pork in Dough
Classic meal on your Christmas Eves table!
Total Prep Time: 170 minutes

- 70 o z . of pork meat
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- cup of white wine
- 4 o z . of cooked bacon
- 1 o z . of butter
- For the doug h :
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 2 cups of water
- teaspoon of sugar
- 20 o z . of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil

Methods:
1. Spice the pork meat and fry it with oil.
2. Add water and more oil, cover it with foil and bake for 90 minutes at 225 F.
3. Make sure to add water and wine from time to time.
4. In a meanwhile, prepare the dough:
a. In one bowl mix yeast with 4 tablespoons of water and sugar.
b. Let them sit for 5 minutes and then add other ingredients listed for the dough.
5. Blend bacon with butter.
6. Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with of dough mixture. Spread bacon and butter over it and add the pork meat. Cover them with another of the dough.
7. Bake for 20 minutes at 250 F.
Recipe 6: Steaks with Mustard Sauce
Total Prep Time: 30 minutes

- 20 o z . of pork steaks
- 2 o z . of butter
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 cup of wine
- 1 cup of cream
- Pinch of salt and pepper

Methods:
1. Beat the meat and spice it.
2. Fry it in a frying pan with oil until it gets a nice color.
3. Blend the mustard, wine, and cream to make the sauce. Cook it together.
