Not all burgers have to use lean ground beef in order to be incredibly delicious. These pork burgers are seasoned with garlic and grilled to absolute perfection.
1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.
2. In a bowl, add in the lean pork, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix. Divide the mix into 4 patties.
3. Place the burger patties onto the grill. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Transfer immediately onto the hamburger buns.
4. Top off with the goat cheese, basil and sliced peaches.
5. Serve immediately.
Recipe 2: Buffalo Chicken Burger
If you love the flavor of buffalo chicken, then this is one burger dish I know you wont be able to resist. Made with blue cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, you will love these burgers with every bite you take.

Ingredient List:
- 1 pound of ground chicken
- cup of onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1 egg
- cup of plain breadcrumbs
- Dash of salt and black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dill weed, minced
- 1 teaspoon of parsley, minced
- 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- Blue cheese crumbles, for topping
- Ranch dressing, for dressing
- Green onion, chopped and for serving
- Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced and for topping
- Buffalo sauce, for topping

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add in the ground chicken, onion, pressed garlic, egg, plain breadcrumbs, minced dill weed and minced parsley. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Stir well to mix.
2. Shape into 4 patties.
3. In a skillet set over medium heat, add in the olive oil. Add in the chicken patties. Cook for 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
4. Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of the buffalo sauce into the skillet and gently coat the burger patties. Cook for an additional minute. Transfer onto the hamburger buns.
5. Top off with the ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles, chopped green onion, mozzarella cheese and extra buffalo sauce.
6. Serve.
Recipe 3: Barbecue Havarti Burgers
This is the perfect burger dish for you to make whenever you want to impress your friends and family during your next barbecue. Made with homemade sweet potato fries, this is a burger that is impossible to resist.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
Preparation Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes
Ingredients for the burgers:
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- teaspoons of salt
- teaspoons of black pepper
- 3 Tablespoons of barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 8 ounces of Havarti cheese, thinly sliced
- 4 to 6 brioche buns
- Spring greens, for serving
Ingredients for the sweet potato fries:
- 3 sweet potatoes, spiralized
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 teaspoon of light brown sugar
- teaspoons of smoked paprika
- teaspoons of powdered garlic
- teaspoons of salt
- teaspoons of powdered onion
- teaspoons of black pepper

Instructions:
1. Prepare the burgers. In a bowl, add in the ground beef. Season with a dash of salt and black pepper. Add in the barbecue sauce. Stir gently to incorporate.
2. Shape into 4 to 6 patties.
3. In a skillet set over medium heat, add in the olive oil and butter. Once melted, add in the patties. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
4. Top off the patties with the sliced Havarti cheese. Cook for an additional minute or until melted. Remove and set onto the brioche buns. Set aside.
5. Prepare the sweet potato fries. In a bowl, add in the spiralized sweet potatoes. Cover with water and set aside to soak for 45 minutes. Drain and squeeze out the excess moisture. Pat dry with a few paper towels.
6. In a stock pot set over low to medium heat, add in 2 to 3 inches of vegetable oil. Heat the oil until it reaches a temperature of 350 degrees. Place a few paper towels onto baking sheet.
7. In a bowl, add in the white sugar, smoked paprika, powdered garlic, powdered onion, dash of salt and onion. Stir well to mix.
8. Add the spiralized sweet potatoes into the oil. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly crispy. Transfer onto the baking sheets and repeat. Transfer into the seasoning mix and toss to coat. Place back onto the baking sheets.
