To prepare cold dishes, I use different kitchen appliances, which I list and briefly explain here. If you have a hand blender, colander, knife, and board in your kitchen, you can get started right away.
Hand Blender
Express puree soups, sauces or creamy mashed potatoes.
There are hand blenders with a chopper attachment for herbs, onions or nuts to chop and chop.
Electronic mixer
With the mixer, liquid can be whipped until frothy. Solid foods become creamy or liquid, and a blender turns the familiar into surprising and new delicacies. Always start the mixer slowly. To crush ice in the blender, add at least one or two cups of water to the blender beforehand.
Electronic juicer (for slimming drinks)

Rocket Chips
Wash the rocket and pat dry well.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rocket in it. Lift out the fried leaves and drain on kitchen paper. Rocket chips go very well with most soups.
Fried glass noodles
Heat the frying fat in a saucepan to approx. 180 C. Add the glass noodles. The noodles pop up delicious. Skim off the fried noodles from the surface and drain on kitchen paper. The fried glass noodles taste perfect with sweet and spicy cold bowls.
Baked chickpeas
Drain the canned chickpeas in a colander and pat dry. Season with 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, 1 tablespoon of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of dried coriander; Spread the marinated chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated 160 C oven for about 20 minutes until crispy.

Cut white bread into cubes. Put some oil in a pan and roast the cubes until golden brown. Take the pan off the stove and let it cool down. Crunchy effect cubes.
