Introduction
Hey! Calm down, and we can smell the fear from miles away. Trust us, making ramen isnt as intimidating as it seems. And, when were taking little shortcuts to make your life easier, theres absolutely nothing for you to worry about! Youre just going to have to trust us on this one. Were trying to make your life easier, not harder, with this whole cookbook, alright?
We can move on to the more delicious aspect of making ramen. There are only a handful of traditional Japanese ramen broths, but since were gathering inspiration from ingredients from around the world, our list of options just multiplied. The Contemporary Noodle Bowl has 30 unique recipes for you to try and fall in love with. Weve got all sorts of flavor combos like shrimp and wonton, peanut butter, crab and tahini, sirloin and snap peas, and many more. Whats important here is that you follow our instructions to the dot, so that everything turns out fine. Again, our recipes arent difficult, but you need to pay attention, especially if its your first time making ramen. But as long as you get the broth right, you really cant go wrong with anything else.

Chicken Ramen

Ingredient List:
- Jalapeno slices
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 packet ramen noodles
- Kosher salt and pepper
- Half cup sliced scallions
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1-2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 ounce dried mushrooms
- 3 tsp. soya sauce
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. mirin

Procedure:
1. Heat oven up to 375F.
2. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper. Then stir fry it in melted butter for 6 minutes.
3. Now, roast this chicken in the oven for 15 minutes.
4. Stir fry ginger and garlic paste in oil. Slowly stir it. Now add mirin and soya sauce and mix.
5. Add chicken broth and cook it covered for 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms and salt and cook for 10 minutes more.
6. Boil eggs for 7-8 minutes. Once boiled, put them in ice-chilled water carefully. Peel them off and cut them end-to-end. Keep them aside now.
7. Now for garnishing, finely chop, jalapeno and scallions. Make long slices of chickenboil ramen noodles for 4 minutes. Pour them in large bowls. Now mix all cooled items and decorate with boiled eggs on top.
8. Serve hot.
Mongolian Beef Ramen Noodles
More or less with PF Changs Mongolian beef. Once you taste it, you will try it again and again.
Prep Time: 30 minutes

Ingredient List:
- 3 chopped onions
- 1 lb. chopped Flank steak
- 8 ounces. Ramen noodles
- cup cornstarch
- 1 stripped capsicum
- cup oil
For Sauce
- tsp. red pepper flake
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- cup soya sauce
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2/3 cup brown sugar

Procedure:
1. Add cornstarch and beef in a Ziploc bag and shake them well.
2. Now stir fry beef in oil. It will acquire 2 to 3 batches. You can add more oil. Keep it aside on a plate.
3. Fry capsicum for 2 minutes and then remove from pan.
4. Now, add all sauce ingredients to a pan. Make a thick sauce, and it will take 10 minutes.
5. Boil noodles in a separate pot.
6. Now, mix every cooked item in a large pot. Serve with green onions.

- 1 packet of wheat and barley nugget cereal, 32 ounces
- tsp. of powdered cloves
- tsp. of powdered ginger
- tsp. of cinnamon
- 2 1/3 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup of butter
- cup of molasses
- cup of honey
- cup grated coconut
- cup of roasted peanuts
