(1) Champagne White Chocolate Truffles
These pieces are celebration-worthy and present themselves beautifully to guests.
Cooking Time: 10 mins + 2 hours 10 mins chilling
List of Ingredients:
cup heavy cream
2 oz butter, room temperature
12 oz white chocolate, chopped
cup Champagne
1 lb. white chocolate candy coating, melted
Edible gold leaf for decorating
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Preparation:
Warm heavy cream and butter in a heatproof bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Remove bowl and pour mixture over white chocolate (in a bowl). Let sit for 30 seconds and stir until chocolate melts and is well-incorporated. Mix in Champagne until well-combined.
Place bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
Shape mixture into 1-inch truffle balls and coat in white chocolate candy. Place truffles on a cookie sheet and freeze for 10 minutes.
Decorate with gold leaf and enjoy.
(2) Matcha Green Tea Truffles
Have truffles decadent, Asian-flavored, and yet healthy.
Cooking Time: 10 mins + 2 hours chilling
List of Ingredients:
cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
2 2/3 cups white chocolate
1 teaspoons matcha powder + extra for garnish
A pinch of salt
1 lb. white candy coating, melted

Preparation:
Warm heavy cream and butter in a heatproof bowl in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Remove bowl and pour mixture over chocolate (in a bowl). Let sit for 30 seconds and stir until chocolate melts and is well-incorporated. Mix in matcha powder and salt until well combined.
Place bowl in refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
Remove bowl and shape truffles into 1-inch balls.
Coat truffles in melted candy coating, sit on a cookie sheet and freeze for 10 minutes or until set.
Garnish with matcha powder and enjoy.
(3) Caramel Truffles
Salted caramel is an excellent ingredient for some of the best desserts there are. How will you like a taste of these truffles infused with them?
Cooking Time: 10 mins + 2 hours 10 mins chilling
List of Ingredients:
2/3 cup heavy cream
9 oz semi-sweet dark chocolate, finely chopped
cup salted caramel sauce, room temperature + extra for decorating
cup cocoa powder
1 lb. chocolate candy coating

Preparation:
Warm heavy cream in a heatproof bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Remove bowl and pour heavy cream over chocolate (in a bowl). Let sit for 30 seconds and stir until chocolate melts and is well-incorporated. Mix in caramel sauce and cocoa powder until well-combined.
Place bowl in refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
Shape mixture into 1-inch truffle balls and coat in melted chocolate candy. Place truffles on a cookie sheet and freeze for 10 minutes or until set.
Swirl caramel sauce on top and enjoy.
