Introduction
If you consider yourself an adventurous cook, were glad youre here. Its important to emphasize we said adventurous, not necessarily pro. The reason why we make this distinction is that it really doesnt matter what level of home cook you are as long as youre willing to experiment with ingredient combinations that Italians wont be too happy about.
No-Rules Pizza is all about breaking the rules. Sure, the dough is still the same, but wait until you see the flavor combinations! Dont worry, though. They are not so strange that you will never actually make one. We made sure to make them unconventional while still keeping them simple and extremely achievable. Besides, with 30 recipes to choose from, were sure youll get at least one of them right!
Weve got blueberry and feta, barbecue pork, smoky chorizo, pesto-pecan, strawberry and goat cheese pizzas, and many more! The best part is, if you think theyre missing something, make sure to add extra ingredients. When youre in the kitchen, youre in charge so customize them! (1) Homemade Pizza Dough
Youll be using this dough for all of the pizza recipes in this cookbook. It is simple to make and works perfectly. For diet or allergy options, make sure to swap the ingredients with your preferred types.

Procedure:
In bowl of a stand mixer with dough hook on, combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
Mix warm water and olive oil; gradually add to flour mixture while mixing until dough mixes well and becomes a cohesive, elastic ball while pulling away from sides of bowl.
Brush a large bowl with olive oil. Dust your hands with some flour, mold dough into a round ball and transfer to greased bowl. Move dough around bowl to coat with oil.
Cover dough with a clean napkin and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Remove napkin and use your fist to punch dough to release air. Transfer to a floured surface and use your hands or rolling pin to spread dough into a 12-inch circle.
Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and transfer dough on top.
Brush top of dough with olive oil and get ready to make pizza.
(2) Pesto, Goat Cheese and Tomato Pizza
This pizza passes well for lunch or dinner. How will you enjoy it?

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spread pesto on pizza dough and top with spinach, tomatoes, black olives, and goat cheese.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Remove pizza from oven, let sit for 5 minutes and slice.
(3) Prosciutto Tomato Pizza
This pizza is simply prosciutto tomato salad topped on a pizza bed. It is light and delicious.

Ingredient List:
1 pizza dough
cup pizza sauce
1 1/3 cups sliced mozzarella cheese
cup baby spinach
4 prosciutto slices, cut into thirds
cup sliced cherry tomatoes
Salt and black pepper to taste

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spread pizza sauce on pizza dough and top with mozzarella cheese, baby spinach, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper.
Bake in oven to 15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and cheese melts.
Remove pizza from oven, let rest for 5 minutes and slice.
(4) Mushroom, Ham and Arugula Pizza
This is a lovely combination of vegetables and ham going on here. Enjoy heartily!
