Introduction
With Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and tons of other places to grab coffee at every corner, its easy to depend on them for every catching-up session we have with friends or loved ones. Theres nothing wrong with grabbing coffee at a franchise, but why not make your reunion a little bit more special by taking the time to make the coffee yourself? Besides, there are a lot more possibilities when it comes to making your own drinks - even if you have to put in a little effort, but why wouldnt you?
Even if you have no idea where to start, thats why were here! Instant coffee is great and all, but if youre already going to make your own coffee, you might as well try a little harder than that. Thus, Connecting Over Coffee is our favorite 30-recipe collection of coffees to make all of your catching-up sessions extra special! Dont worry, you dont need any fancy equipment.
If youre still debating whether to give our recipes a try or just meet at Starbucks to avoid complications, can you really say no to a rosewater and cardamom iced coffee? What about a Greek iced frappuccino? A dirty chai latte or a white chocolate mocha? We werent kidding when we said making your own coffee comes with a whole new world of possibilities, so you might as well jump in and take the lead on this coffee-brewing journey. Lets go!

(1) Caf Americano
Caf Americano lightens up the espresso with some hot water. It is drunk dark and truly represents the American spirit.
Serving Sizes: 1 to 2
Duration: 5 mins
Ingredient List:
cup hot water
1 espresso shot

How to Cook:
1. Add water to a cappuccino cup and pour in espresso.
2. Stir and serve.
(2) Greek Iced Frappe
Greek frappe is unique to its layering. It is easy to make using instant coffee and offers a nice vacation feeling.
Serving Sizes: 1 to 2
Duration: 5 mins
Ingredient List:
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon granulated sugar or to taste
1 cup cold water, divided
3 to 4 ice cubes
Milk to taste

How to Cook:
1. In a shaker with a tight lid, add instant coffee, sugar, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and shake vigorously until well-mixed, sugar dissolves, and foamy.
2. Open and pour foam into a serving glass.
3. Add ice cubes, remaining water, and milk. Stir well.
4. Stick in a straw and serve.
(3) Ube Latte
Ube is a type of yam unique to the Philippines. It is delicious in this coffee and gives a lovely purple color that will attract even the pickiest of eaters.

How to Cook:
1. Add all milks to a large pitcher and whisk vigorously while adding sugar and cinnamon until foamy and smooth.
2. Add ube extract and mix well.
3. Fill two glasses with ice and pour on milk mixture.
4. Top with espresso and serve immediately.
(4) Rosewater and Cardamom Iced Coffee
It is a romantic blend that we advise enjoying with your lover. It is a nice influencer of love.

How to Cook:
1. In a large pitcher, combine half and half and coffee.
2. Stir in rosewater and cardamom until smooth.
3. Add ice to serving glasses and pour on coffee.
4. Serve.
(5) Cortado
Youll ask, what makes Cortado different from other types of coffee? Well, an accent to the drink always makes a nice impression. First, a Gibraltar glass qualifies this coffee as Cortado. Next, the portion of espresso to milk used is almost equal with the milk steamed but not frothy or texturized.
