1. Pineapple Salsa Dip
This dip is sending us holiday Jamaican vibes to enjoy them in the comfort of our homes.
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
3 cups chopped fresh pineapples
1 garlic cloves, minced
1 small red onion, finely chopped
cup chopped fresh cilantro
lime, juiced
1 small jalapeo pepper, minced
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
2. Serve immediately with chips.
2. Blue Cheese and Yogurt Dip
Dont shy away from the pungent smell of blue cheese, you will lick your lips repeatedly after trying this dip.
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
cup Greek yogurt
lemon, juiced
tsp hot sauce, optional
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 scallion, finely chopped
2 oz crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Serve immediately with chips or vegetable pieces.
3. Fruity Yogurt and Peanut Butter Dip
Peanut butter and fruits are the perfect duo, and this dip marries both well.

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
2. Enjoy with fresh fruits and chips.
4. Three Cheese Fondue
If cheese is your guilty pleasure, then put the shame aside and boldly enjoy this dip.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 shallots, minced
cup dry white wine
1 cups heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 cups Emmenthaler, grated
Fresh nutmeg powder to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a medium pot and saut shallots for 3 minutes or until softened. Mix in white wine and let evaporate for 3 minutes or until reduced by half.
2. Mix in heavy cream, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, and Emmenthaler. Cook over low-medium heat with continuous whisking for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheeses melt and mixture is pourable.
3. Season with nutmeg, black pepper, and pour fondue into a serving bowl.
4. Serve with bread, fruits, and cheese.
5. Chicken Caesar Dip
Turn Caesar salad into a dip and have your friends admire you for the invention.
Serves: 6

Ingredients:
cup shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
2 cups grated American cheese
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese + extra for topping
1 cups Caesar dressing
2 tbsp chopped fresh scallions for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl except for scallions and mix well spread mixture in baking dish and cover with Parmesan cheese.
3. Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese melts and is golden brown.
4. Remove dish, garnish with scallions, and serve warm.
6. Taco Dip
Tacos are always trendy, so make a point with this dip at your next lunch party.
