Serving Size: 8
Cooking Time: 40 minutes

coconut oil (60 grams)
cacao powder (30 grams)
maple syrup (2 tablespoons)

Use a dessert spoon for scooping out one-quarter of ice cream in & arrange over the base of the prepared pan to fully cover. Use the back of a spoon to gently smooth and press the surface. Drizzle with two tablespoons of cacao mixture. Place in refrigerator until firm. Store remaining ice cream in the freezer until required.
Repeat for making 2 additional layers of ice cream & cacao mixture. Freeze each layer until it is firm. Place the serving platter in the freezer.
