Measurement Conversion Chart
Vegan Air Fryer Green Beans
Prep time: 5 mins, cook time: 8 mins, servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Organic Green Beans
- Vegetable oil enough to coat your beans
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Crushed red pepper flanks to taste
Directions:
- Rinse Green Beans well in strainer, dry well. Trim the ends off beans with a kitchen scissors.
- Spread green beans out on cutting board and spray with oil to coat.
- Transfer beans to a large mixing bowl, add salt and stir to combine well. Add a little red pepper flakes here because we like them extra spicy.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 F. Transfer beans in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes. Shake the basket once during cooking. Cook until beans are well done and crispy.
Amazing Air Fryer Beet Chips
Prep time: 5 mins, cook time: 25 mins, servings: 3
Ingredients:
- 1 pound beet, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
Directions:
- Slice beets with a mandolin or knife (not too thick!)
- If using frozen beets, place in a colander and run under warm water until thawed
- Spread beets on baking sheet, dry them well, then spray with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Stir to combine well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F. Transfer sliced beet to the frying basket. Cook in Air Fryer for 20 minutes shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Cook until ready and crispy.
Delicious Air Fryer Broccoli
Prep time: 3 mins, cook time: 5 mins, servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp coconut or olive oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl combine place broccoli florets. Pour in oil and add nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 F.
- Transfer oiled broccoli florets to the air fryer basket and cook for about 5 minutes shaking one while cooking.
- Serve and enjoy.
Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Prep time: 10 mins, cook time: 15 mins, servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- A pinch of kosher salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl place Brussels sprouts Drizzle oil and balsamic vinegar over brussels sprouts. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Toss to combine the Brussels sprouts well to completely coat with the mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer for 370 F. Transfer coated Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking couple times during cooking. Cook until golden brown, crispy and cooked.
- When ready, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
Air Fryer Spicy Tofu
Prep time: 10 mins, cook time: 20 mins, servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 package tofu
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- Chopped green onion for garnish
- Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame or avocado oil
