The Perfect Fruity Flatbread
Serves: 4
Cook time: 30 Minutes
Recipes:
4 wheat flatbreads
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup of fresh blueberries
1 cup of fresh raspberries
1 tbsp. of honey
A pinch of ground cinnamon
Preparation method:
1. This recipe doesnt require preheating the oven.
2. Combine the yogurt with a small bowl.
3. Take each flatbread and spread a large amount of yogurt.
4. Display the blueberries and raspberries on each flatbread.
5. You can even sprinkle some walnuts if you like on top.
6. I do not suggest making these ahead since the yogurt will make the pieces of bread mushy.
7. Also, dont worry, they are quickly made.
A Touch of Mexican on Your Flatbread
Serves: 4
Cook time: 40 Minutes

Preparation method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a medium pan, heat some olive oil and add the taco seasonings with a little water.
3. Add the meat and cook while stirring often to keep the meat crumbly.
4. Cook until done and remove excess fat.
5. In a mixing bowl in a mixing bowl combine the cooked beef the sour cream.
6. Spread a little olive oil on a baking sheet.
7. Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet.
8. Spread a generous amount of the meat mixture on each.
9. Sprinkle the shredded cheese all over the flatbreads.
10. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
11. Serve with sliced avocado on top.
Flatbread, Blackberries, and Provolone Cheese
Serves: 4-6

Preparation method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Melted the butter and brush on each flatbread.
3. Place the pieces of bread on a large greased baking sheet.
4. Divide the berries onto 4 flatbreads and drizzle a little honey.
5. Add 2 Provolone slices of cheese to each flatbread.
6. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
7. Let the flatbreads cool down a little and cut into 4 pieces. Serve as a dessert or as an appetizer.
Garlic Simple Bread
Serves: 4-8
Cook time: 20 Minutes

Preparation method:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place the bread on a greased baking sheet.
3. Depending on how you want to serve the pieces of bread, you can cut them into smaller pieces if you like before or bake and cut after before serving. It is up to you.
4. Make sure the butter is room temperature and place it in a mixing bowl.
5. Add the olive oil, garlic, and salt.
6. If you decide to add herbs, I suggest basil if you are going to serve the bread with pasta or rosemary if you are serving the bread with steak and salad. Find the herb you love the most.
7. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the bread turns golden enough for you.
8. Enjoy right away!
Crispy Dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese Flatbread
Serves: 4

Preparation method:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. In a medium pan, heat olive oil and saut garlic for a few minutes.
3. Brush the olive oil and garlic on the pieces of bread.
4. Lay baby spinach leaves on each flatbread.
5. Add the chopped dried tomatoes also on each flatbread.
6. Slice and add the goat cheese to each bread.
7. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or so.
8. I think it is fabulous if you drizzle some balsamic vinegar also on these flatbreads before serving them. Try it!
Feta Cheese and Many Onions on a Flatbread
Serves: 4
Cook time: 40 Minutes

Preparation method:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Grease a large baking sheet and set it aside.
3. In a medium pan, heat some butter and cook the onions for 5 minutes.
4. Season with a bit of salt and ground cumin.
5. Meanwhile, spread the Alfredo sauce on each flatbread.
6. Add the onions evenly on all four pieces of bread.
7. Top with the crumbled feta cheese.
8. Season with cracked black.
