The instant pot comes with different smart functions which will help you to cook delicious food in very less time and gives you consistent cooking. In this book you have to cook different types of delicious dishes with your instant pot. You can use your instant pot as a pressure cooker, rice cooker, slow cooker, steamer, saut pan, and more. It comes with automatic pre-programmed functions or you can also use it by manual functions to cook your food by perfections. It saves your time and kitchen space. Instant pot cooks your food at high pressure without compromising the food nutritional values. In this book you have to find the different varieties of delicious recipes from globally inspired dishes.

Chapter 1: Breakfast
Delicious French toast Casserole

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Serve: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 1/2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 bread loaf, cut into cubed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and milk.
  2. Spray a 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Add bread cubed into the egg mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Pour 1 cup of water into the instant pot then place the trivet in the pot.
  5. Pour bread mixture into the prepared baking dish and place dish on top of the trivet.
  6. Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 25 minutes.
  7. Once done then release pressure using quick-release method than open the lid.
  8. Carefully remove baking dish from the pot.
  9. Pour maple syrup on top and serve.

Easy Breakfast Grits

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ground white grits
  • 1 cups of milk
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Add butter into the instant pot and set the pot on saut mode.
  2. Once butter is melted then add grits and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add water and salt and stir everything well.
  4. Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 10 minutes.
  5. Once done then allow to release pressure naturally for 10 minutes then release using quick-release method.
  6. Open the lid. Stir in cheese and milk.
  7. Serve and enjoy.

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 14 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except pecan and walnuts into the instant pot and stir well.
  2. Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 3 minutes.
  3. Once done then allow to release pressure naturally then open the lid.
  4. Stir well and top with pecan and walnuts.
  5. Serve and enjoy.

Roasted Baby Potatoes

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, scrubbed, washed and pierce each potato
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • For seasoning:
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Add garlic, potatoes, and broth into the instant pot and stir well.
  2. Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 11 minutes.
  3. Once done then release pressure using quick-release method than open the lid.
  4. Drain broth from pot and pat dry the potatoes.
  5. Set pot on saut mode. Add seasonings and oil into the pot and stir well.
  6. Cook on saut mode for 5 minutes.
  7. serve and enjoy.
