Servings: 4 What you need: 1 lb ground beef 16-oz package refrigerated tortellini 1 can diced tomatoes 1 small can of tomato sauce 2 cups water 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese What to do: 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet overmedium high heat. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt andpepper and cook until golden on the outside and completely white onthe inside. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 3. 4. 4.

Servings: 4 What you need: 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 onion, thinly sliced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 2 cups beef broth 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp cornstarch What to do: 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the groundbeef, bread crumbs, and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce. Divide themixture into 4 patties. 2. 3. 3.

Add the patties to the skillet and cook oneach side until cooked all the way through. 4. Place the patties on a plate and setaside. 5. Add the sliced onions to the same skilletover medium-high heat and cook for 5 minutes. 6.

Add the broth, ketchup, the other tsp ofWorcestershire, salt, and pepper to the skillet. 7. In a small bowl, whisk together thecornstarch and 1 tbsp of water. Whisk this mixture into theskillet. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. 8.

Season the sliced steak with salt andpepper and cook until cooked through. 4. Add in the onions and peppers and cookuntil the onions are translucent. 5. Add the garlic and cook for anotherminute. 6.

Slice the hoagie rolls long ways down thecenter. 7. Place 2 slices of cheese on one side ofeach roll. 8. Top the other side of each roll withsteak, peppers, and onions. 9.

Place the open rolls in the oven for 3-5minutes or until the cheese is melted.

SpicyShrimp Pasta
Servings: 4 What you need: 1/2 cup olive oil 3 tsp minced garlic 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 tsp soy sauce 2 lbs deveined, peeled shrimp 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 8 oz penne noodles What to do: 1. Cook the noodles according to packagedirections. 2. Pour the olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, andbrown sugar into a large ziplock bag and add in the shrimp. 3.

Seal the bag and shake to coat the shrimpwith the sauce. 4. Add the shrimp to a large skillet overmedium-high heat. Saute for 3-5 minutes. 5. 6. 6.

Cook for another 3-4 minutes until thenoodles and shrimp are combined with the cheese.
