1. Thai Omelet
Lets start with one simple but delicious recipe! Cooking time: 50 minutes Serving: Ingredients: 17 oz. of minced pork teaspoon of powdered chili 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp. of soya sauce 1 tbsp. of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of basil 8 eggs cup of oil Salt to taste Instructions: 1. 2. 2.
Cut garlic cloves into small pieces. Mix it with powdered chili and then add it to the meat. Fry them on low heat. 3. After 5 minutes, add soya sauce mixed with sugar. 4. 4.
Separately, prepare eggs in a different frying pan. Make omelet. 5. Cover one side of omelet with the meat mixture while still in the frying pan. Cover it with another side and serve. 6.

2. Chicken the Thai Way
Cooking time: 30 minutes Serving: Ingredients: 1 cup of peanuts 2 tbsp. of soya sauce 2 teaspoons of curry cup of coconut milk 1 teaspoon of coriander 24 oz. of chicken fillets Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. of oil For salad: 14 oz. of onions 4 2 tbsp. of oil 2 tbsp. of lime juice Instructions: 1. of lime juice Instructions: 1.
Blend peanuts with soya sauce, curry, coconut milk, and coriander. 2. Rub spices into the meat. Put it on a baking tray. 3. 4. 4.
Meanwhile, prepare the salad:
- Cut cucumbers into circles, remove the seeds.
- Cut onion into small cubes.
- Cover them with oil, lime juice, and salt to taste.
- Your salad is ready!

3. Alla Vittoria Rice

4. Aloha Chicken

When chicken pieces become yellow, remove them from the frying pan. 3. Cut peppers, pineapple, and zucchini into lines and fry them together in oil. 4. Add spices and tomato juice. 5.

5. Phad Krapaow Moo
Thai minced pork, one of the most famous meals in Thailand.
