Cooking Time: 20-30 mins

Servings:

Ingredients:

  • Live lobsters (675 grams per lobster): 2
  • Grapefruits: 2
  • Avocado: 1
  • Lemon: 1
  • Scallion onions: 2
  • Parsley leaves (flat-leaf): 2
  • Almond oil: 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1 teaspoon

Directions:

Boil water in a pot, add salt & put the heads of lobsters in with. Cover it & cook them until they get red (for 12 minutes). Pour fresh water on them.

When, the lobster gets cooked, cut grapefruits into chunks.

Take out lobster meat and chop them into pieces for salad & put these pieces in grapefruit. Add avocado and lemon, chopped leaves of parsley as well as scallion onions. Sprinkle with salt, olive oil, pepper, and walnut oil to taste.

Toss all ingredients together. Transfer them to a serving plate.


Recipe 02: Fresh Lobster Salad

  • Lobster meat (cooked & cut into chewable pieces): 1 pound
  • Butter, melted: 85 grams
  • Mayonnaise: 85 grams
  • black pepper (ground finely): 1/4 teaspoon

Directions:

Place lobster chunks into a medium bowl, and pour melted butter on it.

Toss it so it gets properly mixed then add mayonnaise and sprinkle black pepper on it.

Cover and place in refrigerator before serving. This fresh lobster salad is ready to be eaten.

Ingredients:

  • Crushed ice: 4-5 cubes
  • Lobsters (cooked) 2 pound
  • Lemon Cream, the recipe is given below: for Spreading only
  • Celery sticks: 7
  • Sliced bread: 4

Lemon Cream:

  • Mayonnaise: cup
  • Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • Drained capers: 2 tbsp
  • Dill, chopped: 1 tbsp
  • Kosher salt: 1 pinch
  • Black pepper (freshly ground): 1 pinch

Directions:

Lemon Cream:

Take a mixing bowl and put the capers, mayonnaise, lemon juice and zest. Mix all together. Now, stir in dill, pepper, and salt in the mixture and combine well.

Add the dill, salt and pepper and whisk once more.

For assembling:

Pour ice into a dish and put a glass and bowl in the centre.

Put the lobster on the ice.

In the bowl, pour lemon cream and celery in glass.

Organize bread around the edges of the dish.

It is ready to serve.

Servings:

Ingredients:

  • Mayonnaise: 76 grams
  • Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon, juiced: 1
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Black pepper (freshly ground): 1 pinch
  • Celery: 1 stalk
  • Shallot: 1
  • Tarragon leaves (Chopped): 1 tbsp
  • Chives: 1 tbsp
  • Lobster tails cooked: 3
  • Lemon slices: for garnish
  • Dry rub: for garnish

Directions:

Take a mixing bowl and stir in the mayonnaise, chives, lemon zest, tarragon, lemon juice, shallot, salt, celery, and pepper. Mix well. Mix the chives mixture as well as lobster meat until thoroughly incorporated. Add lobster meat to mayonnaise sauce and combine.

Spread the dry rub as well as lemon on the edges of 4 glasses. Put the prepared salad in all the glasses. In the end, top with lemon slices as well as dry rub.
