To that point, one of my biggest frustrations has been the utter division and malice within the nutritional and fitness communities lately. It has amplified considerably since the introduction of the internet and social media where everyone has a voice.

It happens on all sides. Everyone with a decent physique feels qualified to contribute their two cents. Every doctor or physician turns their nose up at anyone without a formal educational background. Studies get published left and right, but they seem to create more confusion than clarity. People cherry-pick studies to support their claims and back their arguments. I know people on both sides of the spectrum and everywhere in between.
