It is well known that starting something without a goal will doom you to failure because you dont know what you are aiming for. Therefore, let us look at some goals you might have for meal prepping as well as some other benefits that might come along with achieving these goals.

Meal prep will help you with your exercise routine, as preparing for the week will put you in a better mental state to prepare for exercise for the week.
