Recipe 1: Vanilla Caramel Cookies
Satisfy our sweet tooth cravings with the easy to make sweet vanilla caramel cookies.

Preparation Time: 30mins
Ingredient List:

Instructions:
1. Preheat the main oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a pan, over moderate heat, combine the butter with the cream, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla essence. Stir to combine.
3. Continue to cook, while constantly stirring until the mixture begins to bubble.
4. Allow to cook for an additional 30 seconds before removing from heat and allowing to cool to room temperature.
5. Sift the flour with the baking soda, and add to the cooled caramel mixture, stir to combine.
6. Scoop the mixture into balls and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
7. Take a lightly floured, flat-bottomed glass and press down gently to flatten.
8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, until golden.
9. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes on a baking sheet.
10. Transfer to a wire baking rack to cool.
11. Enjoy.
Recipe 2: Peanut Butter Cookies
Made using only three ingredients, this recipe is a great one to bake with the kids.

Instructions:
1. Preheat the main oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Add the peanut butter, sugar and egg to a bowl and stir to combine until silky smooth.
3. Roll the mixture into 1 balls and arrange on the parchment paper.
4. Using a fork, press down. Again, using the fork press down in the opposite direction, to make a criss-cross pattern on the surface.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
6. Set aside to cool on the sheet for a couple of minutes, before transferring to a wire baking rack to completely cool.
7. Enjoy.
Recipe 3: Coconut Cookies
Chewy macaroon-style cookies are very moreish, which is why you need to bake-up a big batch!

Preparation Time: 1hour 30mins
Ingredient List:
1 (14 ounce) sweetened shredded coconut (divided)
1 cup sugar
teaspoons salt
teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
cup unsalted butter (chilled, diced into small pieces)
1 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:
1. Preheat the main oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Put two loosely packed cups of shredded coconut on a dinner plate. Set to one side.
3. Add the remaining coconut to a food processor together with the sugar, salt and baking powder and process until lump-free.
4. Add the egg followed by the vanilla essence and butter, process until silky smooth.
5. Add the flour and pulse to form a crumbly dough. Take care not to overmix. Scrape the sides of the bowl as necessary.
6. Scoop level tablespoons of dough and press into the coconut on the plate, roll into balls, evenly coating the balls with the coconut.
7. In a single layer, 2 apart, arrange the balls on the baking sheets.
8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
9. Cool while still on the baking sheets for a few minutes, before transferring to a wire baking rack to completely cool.
Recipe 4: Blueberry Cream Cheese Lemon Glazed Cookies
Glazed with fresh lemon juice, tart and tangy blueberries combine with cream cheese to deliver the ultimate cookie.
