Earning money from your own income generating business is so much more attractive than climbing a ladder in a career in someone elses project.

A curious mind, a risk taker, and a dream-maker with a vision, is indeed in essence, a positive being. An entrepreneur is such a person.

The book was incubated in about one year, and became a reality soon after that time; the impediment of being a first time author was an obstacle. I zigzagged through the coalition of publishers, printers, warehouses, and retailers and decided to publish it myself and keep the cost of the book affordable both for the consumer and myself.

Throughout my travels to other countries, I was fortunate enough to meet other business persons. I was so impressed with their creativity. They made use of their countries natural resources and services, developed ingenuous items for sale and with careful accountability of funds, made a thriving enterprise for themselves.

Optional Thinking

All the companies I visited had one focus. Make money and watch the profits. I learned the value of changing with the times. Developing strategic alternatives, when I saw the worrisome red flags on my own financial balance sheets, which were cutting into my profits-I resorted to the art of Optional Thinking which became my law of business.

Optional Thinking galvanized my mind to seek advice from experts, talk to my staff, colleagues, do some research on the product, talk to my clients and come up with a variety of ways and reasons to change present methods and guide the company back into a positive cash flow and asset based balance.

To say the least, these experiences, (I say these, because there will be quite a few in the course of the life of your business), were exhilarating, and came with a few more grey strands of hair on my head, but that is why hair dye was invented and sold!

How to Use This Book

The data specific worksheets and forms in Chapter Two will facilitate your research and help analyze the vision, both financially and the viability of your project.

You should be able to re-allocate all the gathered data into:

1. Pre-operational costs

2. Startup costs

3. Monthly budgets.

Chapter Three elucidates information in the access of funds and the assortment of funds that are available.

Chapter Four and Five provides the pros and cons of several company formations and the diversity of business meetings.

In depth information is given on the essential approaches to the protocols in the conduct of your business venture.

The Business Plan Templates that are provided will prove functional.

You are now arrived into the Been there, done that realm. Keep in the fore-front:

1. Your vision

2. Ask the right questions

3. Your Business Plan Blueprint is inevitable. A habit for continued reviews of your ongoing business.

Templates and Tools

This book is intended to provide you with the essential tools and strategies for writing your own Business Plan.

I have included several templates which you could use to facilitate the process of being the architect of your own Business Plan.

Go and break the money barriers.

I have the wisdom to bring my dreams and aspirations
to fruition each day my dreams become clearer to me.

Sue Patton Thoele

In every mind, there is a door to be opened. Behind this door lurks the natural ability and the power of your gifted talent.

We all, each one of us, have this innate gift to do something special in life.

It is time you opened this door, acknowledge your gift and make it work for you.

Translate your Gift
into Making Money

Knowing you have a talent to do something and make money is not enough. Hoping that someone, somewhere, will recognize your ability and do something for you may not happen in this lifetime. You have to make it happen for yourself.

You have the ability to make or do something incredible with your talent. The world is full of people who will exchange their monies for what you have to offer. You just need to know how this can happen.

You can travel on this new road on your own, or with a group of like minded people. The main emphasis is to create an income.

The Entreprenuer
is Born.

The world today functions differently today than it did years ago.

Populations in most of the continents are multicultural. Communications between nations and people are rampant and easy. You ask yourself, Well, what has this to do with me? The world is the market for your product or service.

People, whether they are young or old still have their needs and wants. They still eat, drink, and want their creature comforts. Your decision is, what can you offer them, and how you can get your product or service to them and of course, you only want their money and respect!

You are able to receive both the money and the respect. The product or service you provide must be certified as a safe and secure product to buy. Repeat Customers are cultivated in this way.
