Bread And Breakfast
Oregano And Coconut Scramble
Servings: 4
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs, whisked
- 2 tablespoons oregano, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 2 tablespoons parmesan, grated
- cup coconut cream
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with all the ingredients and whisk. Pour this into a pan that fits your air fryer, introduce it in the preheated fryer and cook at 350F for 20 minutes, stirring often. Divide the scramble between plates and serve for breakfast.
Spinach Eggs And Cheese
Servings: 2
Cooking Time: 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 oz cottage cheese
- 3-4 oz chopped spinach
- cup parmesan cheese
- cup of milk
Directions:
- Preheat your fryer to 375F.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, cottage cheese, the parmesan and the milk.
- Mix in the spinach.
- Transfer to a small, greased, fryer dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
Strawberry Toast
Servings: 4
Cooking Time: 8 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 slices bread, -inch thick
- butter-flavored cooking spray
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
- Spray one side of each bread slice with butter-flavored cooking spray. Lay slices sprayed side down.
- Divide the strawberries among the bread slices.
- Sprinkle evenly with the sugar and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 390F for 8minutes. The bottom should look brown and crisp and the top should look glazed.
Chives Omelet
Servings: 4
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs, whisked
- 1 cup chives, chopped
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cooking spray and whisk well. Grease a pan that fits your air fryer with the cooking spray, pour the eggs mix, spread, put the pan into the machine and cook at 350F for 20 minutes. Divide the omelet between plates and serve for breakfast.
Baked Eggs
Servings: 4
Cooking Time: 6 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- teaspoon black pepper
- teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 330F. Place 4 silicone muffin liners into the air fryer basket.
- Crack 1 egg at a time into each silicone muffin liner. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
- Bake for 6 minutes. Remove and let cool 2 minutes prior to serving.
Sweet Potato-cinnamon Toast
Servings: 6
Cooking Time: 8 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 small sweet potato, cut into -inch slices
- oil for misting
- ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 390F.
- Spray both sides of sweet potato slices with oil. Sprinkle both sides with cinnamon to taste.
- Place potato slices in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 4minutes, turn, and cook for 4 more minutes or until potato slices are barely fork tender.
Hole In One
Servings: 1
Cooking Time: 7 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 slice bread
- 1 teaspoon soft butter
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons diced ham
Directions:
- Place a 6 x 6-inch baking dish inside air fryer basket and preheat fryer to 330F.
- Using a 2-inch-diameter biscuit cutter, cut a hole in center of bread slice.
- Spread softened butter on both sides of bread.
- Lay bread slice in baking dish and crack egg into the hole. Sprinkle egg with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 5minutes.
- Turn toast over and top it with shredded cheese and diced ham.
- Cook for 2 more minutes or until yolk is done to your liking.
Sausage Egg Muffins
Servings: 4
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 oz Italian sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 3 oz cheese
Directions:
- Preheat the fryer to 350F.
- Grease a muffin pan.
- Slice the sausage links and place them two to a tin.
- Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour over the sausages in the tin.
- Sprinkle with cheese and the remaining egg mixture.
- Cook for 20 minutes or until the eggs are done and serve!
Grilled Bbq Sausages
Servings:3
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 6 sausage links
- cup prepared BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer at 390F.
- Place the grill pan accessory in the air fryer.
- Place the sausage links and grill for 30 minutes.
- Flip halfway through the cooking time.
- Before serving brush with prepared BBQ sauce.
Medium Rare Simple Salt And Pepper Steak
Servings:3
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pounds skirt steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer at 390F.
- Place the grill pan accessory in the air fryer.
- Season the skirt steak with salt and pepper.
- Place on the grill pan and cook for 15 minutes per batch.
- Flip the meat halfway through the cooking time.
Taj Tofu
Servings: 4
Cooking Time: 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cut into 1-inch thick cubes
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions:
- Set your Air Fryer at 400F to warm.
- Add the tofu, soy sauce, sesame seeds and rice vinegar in a bowl together and mix well to coat the tofu cubes. Then cover the tofu in cornstarch and put it in the basket of your fryer.
- Cook for 25 minutes, giving the basket a shake at five-minute intervals to ensure the tofu cooks evenly.
