Royalties from the sale of this book will be donated to the Life Changing Experiences Foundation. The foundations primary initiative is the SISTER2sister program
a 12-month mentoring program for teenage girls at risk of abuse and/or neglect who are disadvantaged and disengaged. The program matches the girls with positive female role models to mentor them through a goal setting and achieving program.
The purpose of the program is:
to mentor at-risk teenagers around Australia by providing positive role models to inspire and motivate them to make a difference to their lives;
- to educate at-risk teenagers with risk management strategies and independent life skills to enable them to deal with their past circumstances, manage their present challenges and create the future they want;
- to break the cycle of trauma and negative experiences in teenagers by encouraging them to set and achieve goals and thereby enhance their self-esteem and confidence; and
- to provide opportunities to at-risk teenagers to enable them to be active and positively contributing members of their community.
The program fulfils a vital stage in the personal development of the teenage girls who participate, many of whom lack positive female role models in their immediate environment.

Along the way I have described the task of getting this book organised as being as challenging as rounding up squirrels! It has been a fascinating project requiring lots of emails, phone calls and late-night chocolate breaks.There have been some vital people who have made my life easier and I would like to thank them for helping me to get this idea off the ground and onto bookshelves.
- Mum, thank you for your eternal belief in me and for giving me the best role model of a strong, loving and successful woman. You make it look so easy. I love you.
To my family, thank you for pushing me and encouraging me to follow my dreams.
- Aaron McClintock, you have once again turned an idea into a book. You are blatantly awesome!
- Paul Stock, my tireless copy editor, thanks for making this world of words so neatand tidy.
- Jen, again you conquered the title.
- Mike Goldman, thank you for introducing me to some amazing people.
- Jessica Brown, thank you for making a difference in so many young girls lives. You are an inspiration and an angel yourself.
- Special mention must also be made of Nickers, Eleasa, Phil, Sami, Will, Kresh, Mitch, Snow, Robbie, Simone, the Hemmings girls and Assassin, for being the most incredible group of people. I love having you all in my life!
- And finally, to all the wonderful contributors in this book: I asked you gorgeous women some pretty intense and personal questions and you all graciously shared your stories and thoughts with open hearts. A big thank you for taking the time it has been such a privilege.

Bianca Dye is best known for her role as a morning presenter on Nova 96.9 FM. Bianca joined Nova in 2001, soon amassed a loyal following and introduced the term dirty big spunk to popular conversation (following an interview with Bianca, Jamiroquais lead singer, Jay Kay, adopted the nickname on tour). While presenting on Nova, she became the only female radio presenter to win Best Radio Personality in a capital city market two years in a row, in 2005 and 2006, and was nominated again in 2007. Bianca then left Nova to travel overseas and develop her breakfast radio career and pursue her dreams of hosting her own TV show.
Biancas transition to television began with her appointment as anchor for Access All Areas on Foxtels Arena channel. She interviewed many big names, including Quentin Tarantino, Madonna, Heath Ledger, Daryl Hannah, Ricky Martin and Russell Crowe. In addition to hosting and interviewing, Bianca worked behind the scenes writing and producing for the show.
Her cheeky wit and irreverent humour has seen Bianca make regular appearances on Sunrise, A Current Affair, 20 to 1, Thank God Youre Here, Beauty and the Beast, as a weather presenter on Ten News and Nine News and as the music and entertainment reporter on Kerri-Anne.
A highly sought-after and talented MC for corporate and industry events, shes hosted events for Cleo (the Bachelor of the Year with Sarah Murdoch), Myer (Kylie Minogue instore appearance) and a Commercial Radio Australia special with Sir Bob Geldof, from gigs with the Governer General to Madonna.
