Introduction
If you want to try your hand at appliqu, this is the book for you. Our designers have reworked and revised several of the standard appliqu techniques to make them user-friendly.
These projects are also perfect for any appliqu lover. The designs are fresh and can easily be done in most fabrics or styles with a bit of imagination. You will find several different techniques for hand appliqu as well as machine appliquusing both freezer paper and fusible web. If youve wanted to work with wool, but hand appliqu has put you off, try it fused in place with edges finished by machine. Or maybe you would be interested in trying 3-D appliqu for a new twist in your repertoire of techniques. You have limitless possibilities with this book.
