Recipe 1: Pappardelle Pasta with Fish and Lemon
Italian pasta Pappardelle with slices of fish and lemon. If you love pasta with seafood, you'll love this dish.
Serving Size: 3
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 200 g pappardelle or other broad noodles
- 300 g fillet of white fish (sea bass, grouper, tilapia)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 cup milk or cream
- 1/2 lemon (zest and lemon juice)
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
Directions:
Pasta to boil in salted water until tender, 5-7 minutes.
Rinse fish. Dry with a paper towel. Cut into small pieces and fry a few minutes, turning. Add salt and season with pepper, add 1 clove of garlic, fry a minute.
Flour is mixed with milk and poured in a thin stream to the pan. Add the grated lemon zest, lemon juice and oregano. Bring to a very hot boil and cook for a few minutes, until the sauce thickens. To taste, add salt and pepper.
Add the pasta and mix well.
Recipe 2: Parmesan Cheese and Smoked Sausage Pasta

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (16 oz.) turkey nicely smoked sausages
- 1 tsp. seasoning
- 6 oz. pasta, cook and drained according to package instructions
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Over medium heat, saut the sausage on a nonstick saucepan for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the cream and seasoning, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes under medium heat till it thickens.
Turn off the heat, drizzle the parmesan cheese and precooked pasta to the sauce, stir and serve.

Recipe 3: Parmesan Pancetta Penne
I guarantee that this pasta will be your new favorite dish.
Serving Size: 8
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. pancetta, chopped
- 2 (24 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
- 3 oz. salt-cured pork jowl. Roughly chopped
- 1 large onion bulb, diced
- cup extra virgin olive oil
- cup tomato puree
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1 cup white wine, dry
- 1 pound penne pasta, cooked and drained
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Toss the tomatoes with the juices in a blender and blend to puree, leave aside.
Over medium heat, cook the onions, cured pork jowl, pancetta, red pepper flakes, and water in the heated oil for 8 minutes.
Whisk in the tomato paste and simmer for 2 minutes till it turns brown.
Stir in the wine and cook till it reduces to half of the content.
Toss in the remaining tomato puree, salt, seasoning, and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta to the steaming sauce and saut for 1 minute. You can add little pasta water to make it a little creamy if you like.
