Infusing your water with fruits, veggies, spices, botanicals and herbs will go a long way to rid your body of toxins, help you shed weight, give you vitality, and make you stay fresh and healthy.
Making Your Own Fruit Infused Water
V egetable & Fruit Options Fennel, peppers, celery, carrots, kiwi, pomegranate, tangerines, meyer lemon, blood orange, nectarines, plums, peaches, apples, pear, grapes, mango, honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapefruit, lime, lemon, orange, cucumber, watermelon, pineapple, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and more. M aking infused water is not as difficult as it may seem, there really are no wrong measurements, your recipe depends on what you have and the taste you want to get.

M aking infused water is not as difficult as it may seem, there really are no wrong measurements, your recipe depends on what you have and the taste you want to get.
Basically, you can add every ingredient to your glass jar or pitcher, slicing and crushing the fruits to get their juices. Subsequently, bruising any herb leaves with your hands to get the oils and natural extracts. Next you add water and transfer into a refrigerator for 60 minutes or more. In this while, the fruit and herbs flavor will meld together, and the longer it stays refrigerated the better.
Storing Your Infused Water
S tore infused waters in airtight pitchers or jars, gallon jugs, water bottles, glass pitchers or mason jars. Infused water should be refrigerated for up to 5-7 days, or until it loses flavor.
Keep adding more water, flavors and fruits as you drink until it loses taste.

Pear Plum and apple Infused Water
T otal Time: 5 minutes Serves: 1 large pitcher Keeps you hydrated and refreshed all through the day Ingredients 1 thinly sliced, apple 1 thinly sliced, pear 1 thinly sliced, plum 2-3 sticks cinnamon 64 ounces water Preparation 1. In a large infused water pitcher, combine sliced apple, pear, plum and water together. 2. Crush the fruits with a muddler or a wooden spoon's back end, to release fruit flavors. 3.
Refrigerate; will keep up to a week, until infused water starts to lose flavor. 4. Add new apples, plums, pears and water as necessary over the next few days.

T otal Time: 8 hours Serves: 4 cups Ingredients 2 (thinly sliced) red grapefruits 4 cups water 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Ice cubes Preparation 1. In an infused water pitcher, combine grapefruit and apple cider vinegar together. 2.
