Turbo Meatloaf
Savour the juiciness of this meatloaf prepared in barely 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1kg ground beef
- 3 medium-sized eggs
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- cup breadcrumbs
- cup minced onions
- tsp. powdered garlic
- 1 tsp. cooking salt
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- A pinch of ground black pepper
Caramelization
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a suitable bowl and make them into a loaf.
Place each loaf on a sufficiently large aluminium foil and fold the edges of the foil to form a pan.
Pour water in an instant pot sufficient to cover the surface of the pot.
Place a trivet in instant pot and place the aluminium foil with meatloaf on it. Then pressure cook on high for 22 minutes.
When meatloaf is done, place them on a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes in a preheated oven.
To caramelize, mix the ingredients for caramelization, smear them over the meatloaf and broil in the oven again for 4 minutes.
Nitro Chicken Carbonara
The nitro chicken is quick, sweet protein in less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 300 grams of stripped boneless chicken breast
- 350 grams of fettuccine
- 6 beaten medium-sized eggs
- 4 slices of steak
- cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- cup minced onion
- Kitchen salt to taste
- A pinch of ground black pepper
Directions
Cook the fettuccine appropriately and drain. Keep about half a cup of the broth.
Cook steak with some oil and onion for about 6 minutes in a skillet with medium heat until crispy. Move the steak to another container then cook the chicken in the same skillet with the same oil for 10 minutes when the colour of the chicken should have changed.
Add sufficient salt, pepper and flip while the chicken cooks
Return the steak to skillet and add the cooked fettuccine and mix thoroughly
Beat the eggs with the parsley, parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the egg-parsley-parmesan mix and flip continuously before adding fettuccine broth as needed until it becomes creamy.
Serve embellished with sprinkles of parmesan and parsley.
Crusty Cheese on Burning Asphalt
Crusty cheese in 15 minutes with only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. softened butter
- 2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 6 slices wheat bread
Directions
Spread butter and cheddar on opposite sides of the bread.
Add 1.5 tbsp of butter to a non-sticky skillet and melt over heat. Add bread to skillet with butter side down and cook until cheese melts and the bread becomes browner.
Flip one loaf of bread over the other and cook for 50 seconds more
Repeat the same steps for other loaves
Pork-Hobbs and Chops
Hobbs may be tough and super strong but the Pork-Hobbs and Chops is rather soft and juicy and can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.
